How will the work-related injury insurance benefits be paid to an employee who has suffered two consecutive work-related injuries during continuous working period?
Question:
One of the company’s employees suffered a work-related injury three years ago and was assessed to have a Grade 10 incapability. After the injury was cured, the employee continued to work in the company. Recently, the employee suffered a second work-related injury accident, which was assessed as Grade 9. At present, the employee proposed to dissolve the contract with the company and claimed a one-off employment subsidy for the disabled according to grades of two work-related injuries. Is it reasonable?
