Case Details
On September 1. 2016. Ye Shanshan joined Company A as a product packer, and the two parties did not sign any contract. However, the HR department explained the attendance rules.
The company claimed that it recruited casual laborers, so it has not paid social insurance premiums for Ye Shanshan.
In October 2020. Company A experienced serious difficulties in its operation due to the epidemic. The Company’s HR department informed Ye Shanshan through WeChat that it intended to remove her post, but could not afford any compensation.
