每周工作均超过24小时,是否还属于非全日制用工?

Does it still belong to part-time labor if the employee works over 24 hours per week?

用人单位与劳动者订立了非全日制劳动合同,但实际日平均工作时间超过4小时,每周工作时间均超过24小时,是否还属于非全日制用工?

If the employer and the worker sign a part-time labor contract, but the actual working time exceeds 4 hours per day and 24 hours per week on average, does it still belong to part-time labor?

  • 北京:对餐饮、零售等五行业实施三项社保费缓缴

    Beijing: To implement the holdover of three social insurance premiums for five industries, including catering and retail

    近日,据报道,北京市九部门联合发布通告,对在北京市参保缴费,属于餐饮、零售、旅游、民航、公路铁路运输行业的企业,阶段性实施企业职工基本养老保险、失业保险、工伤保险三项社保费缓缴政策。符合缓缴政策的企业、单位,可申请缓缴2022年4月至6月的企业职工基本养老保险费的单位应缴纳部分,2022年4月至10月的失业保险、工伤保险费的单位应缴纳部分。

    As reported recently, nine departments of Beijing Municipality jointly issued a notice to implement the policy of staged holdover of three social insurance premiums, namely, basic endowment insurance, unemployment insurance and work-related injury insurance, for enterprises that pay insurance premiums in Beijing and fall into the scope of catering, retail, tourism, civil aviation and road and railway transportation industries. Eligible enterprises and units can apply for holdover of their contributions to the basic endowment insurance premium from April to June 2022, as well as the contributions to unemployment insurance and work-related injury insurance premiums from April to October 2022.

    近日,据报道,中国广播电视社会组织联合会、中国网络视听节目服务协会发布《演员聘用合同示范文本(试行)》。使用说明中提到,演员片酬等劳务收入,不得使用现金方式支付,不得以股权、房产、珠宝、字画、收藏品等变相支付报酬形式隐匿收入,严格区分个人收入和工作室经营所得、公司收入。

    Recently, it’s reported that China Federation of Radio and Television Associations and China Netcasting Services Association have released the Model Text of Actor Employment Contract (Trial). It’s mentioned in the instructions that actors’ remuneration and other labor income shall not be paid in cash, and income shall not be concealed in the form of disguised payment such as equity, real estate, jewelry, calligraphy and painting, collectibles, etc. Additionally, personal income shall be strictly distinguished from studio operating income and corporate income.

    近日,据报道,百度创始人、董事长兼CEO李彦宏发出全员邮件,宣布启动新一轮的干部轮岗:百度集团执行副总裁沈抖担任智能云事业群组(ACG)负责人;何俊杰(Jackson)晋升为集团资深副总裁,并轮岗担任百度移动生态事业群组(MEG)负责人;王海峰博士继续担任集团执行副总裁兼CTO,不再兼任ACG负责人。

    Reportedly, Li Yanhong, founder, chairman and CEO of Baidu, has recently sent out a company-wide email to announce the start of a new round of officials rotation: Shen Dou, EVP of Baidu Group, will serve as the head of AI Cloud Group (ACG); Jackson will be promoted to senior vice president of the Group, and take turns as the head of Baidu Mobile Ecology Group (MEG); Dr. Wang Haifeng will continue to serve as the EVP and CTO of the Group, and will no longer be the head of ACG.

    近日,据报道,香港最低工资委员会于上月底邀请社会各界就法定最低工资水平提供意见。香港劳联在记者会上建议将最低工资水平由当前的时薪37.5港元,提升至46港元,并将检讨周期由两年一检,缩短至一年一检。

    As reported recently, the Hong Kong Minimum Wage Commission invited all sectors of society to give their opinions on the statutory minimum wage level at the end of last month. At the press conference, the Federation of Hong Kong & Kowloon Labour Unions proposed to raise the minimum wage from the current hourly wage of HK$ 37.5 to HK$ 46. and shorten the review cycle from once every two years to once a year.
