    Shenzhen: New regulations on housing provident fund management

    近日,据报道,《深圳经济特区住房公积金管理条例(征求意见稿)》正向社会公开征求意见。其中指出,非按月发放的劳动报酬则不再强制纳入住房公积金的缴存基数,而是鼓励单位将其纳入。

    Reportedly, Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Management of Housing Provident Fund (Exposure Draft) is recently soliciting opinions from the general public. It points out that the labor remuneration that is not granted on a monthly basis is no longer mandatory but is only encouraged to be included in the payment base of the housing provident fund by the employer.

    Beijing: The time for collection and payment of social insurance premiums will begin to be uniformly adjusted this month

    近日,据报道,北京市日前发布通告,明确自本月起,将对社会保险费征缴时间统一进行调整。缴费单位应于每月10日(如遇节假日顺延至下一个工作日)至25日(节假日不顺延)向税务部门缴纳社会保险费。

    Reportedly, Beijing has recently issued an announcement a few days ago, stating that the time for collection and payment of social insurance premiums will begin to be uniformly adjusted this month. The paying unit shall contribute social insurance premiums to the tax department from the 10th day (it will be postponed to the next working day if coinciding with a holiday) to the 25th day (it will not be postponed even if coinciding with a holiday ) of each month.

    Wenzhou, Zhejiang: Further regulating work-related injury insurance for workers dispatched across regions

    近日,据报道,温州市人社局公布《通知》,明确未在用工单位所在地为被派遣劳动者参加工伤保险,而是在劳务派遣单位参保或者未参保,属未依法为跨地区派遣劳动者参加工伤保险。各劳务派遣单位自即日起至五月底前开展自查自纠,严格依法依规为跨地区派遣劳动者参加工伤保险。

    Reportedly, Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security recently issued an announcement that if an employer have not purchased work-related injury insurance for the dispatched workers in the place where the employer is located, but only in the labor dispatching unit, or if the employer have not purchased work-related injury insurance for the dispatched workers at all, it shall be considered as that the employer fails to purchase work-related injury insurance for the workers dispatched across regions in accordance with the law. All labor dispatch units shall carry out self-examination and self-correction from now until the end of May, and purchase work-related injury insurance for the workers dispatched across regions in strict accordance with the law.

    South Korea: Postponed retirement worsens youth employment

    近日,据报道,韩国全国经济人联合会下属经济研究院发表报告分析认为,现有就业者延迟退休和平均工资上涨对青年就业产生了消极影响。如果退休年龄延迟一年,青年就业者比重将下降0.29个百分点;如果每小时平均工资增加1千韩元,青年就业者比重将下降0.45个百分点。

    Reportedly, the Economic Research Institute under the Federation of Korean Industries recently released a report, stating that the postponed retirement of existing employees and the increase in average wages have negatively affected the employment of the youth. For every year the retirement age is delayed, the proportion of young employees will drop by 0.29%; for every 1,000 KRW increase in average hourly wages, the proportion of young employees will drop by 0.45%.
